Refund policy

In order to return an item, you MUST CONTACT US FIRST via help.ii.official@gmail.com to receive return confirmation and directions for your return.


*Your return will not be processed if you just send the items back to us without request your return beforehand via email.

*Order number and the item name(s) should be included in your return request email.


We accept returns and exchanges within 5 business days of package arrival. We charge 10% restocking fees and will be deducted from your refund. 

All items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, original tag must be attached and wrappings as well.

Swimwear items, tights, socks, pre-ordered products and all sale items are FINAL SALE.

**NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ACCEPTED**


Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.


Any damaged, defective or incorrect orders must be notified to us within 5 business days of package arrival. Returning items must be postmarked for return within 10 days. 

Please kindly attach the photo of your orders which clearly shows about your concern. 

 

Allow 5-7 business days for the refund amount to be reflected on your bank account.
